GLASS FORMATION AND PHASE EQUILIBRIA IN THE Tm-As-S AND Tm-As-Se SYSTEMS AND THEIR PROPERTIES

The nature of the physicochemical interaction in Tm-As-S and Tm-As-Se systems was studied along various cross sections by methods Differential Thermal (DTA), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) Microstructural (MSA) Analyzes, measuring their micro-hardness determining electrophysical properties. investigation alloys system started studying properties initial components cooling modes 7–10deg/min. TmAsSe, TmAsSe3, TmAs4Se7, TmAs2Se4 Tm3As4Se9 peritectic reaction TmSe + L ↔ Tm3As4Se9. analysis Tm-As-S, two-phase, except for composition phases. Proceeding from results XRD, lattice parameters TmAsS, as well selenium-containing compound calculated; it found crystallized rhombic syngony.
